You can order via the NHS App if you have a smart phone or online via the NHS weblink :

NHS Medication Log in if you do not have access to the internet you can ask a pharmacy to order for you.

Why not try our new Patient Triage

You can contact us about a medical, administrative or Acute prescription issues, by clicking here Online Triage  repeat prescriptions can be order online why not register for this service today. Answer a few short questions and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please do not use this online form for urgent or emergency requests. The submitted forms will only be read during office hours. The forms will not be read on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on bank holidays. They will not be read Monday-Friday between the hours of 6pm - 8am Please contact 111 during out of hours or 999 if this is an emergency."

We have recently started to invite patients in for a Free NHS health Check the criteria is below, it is important to be screened regularly even if you have no out standing problems.

You'll be invited for a free NHS Health Check every five years if you're between 40 and 74 years of age and do not already have heart disease, stroke, diabetes, kidney disease or high blood pressure

New Patient Registration

Please present at our reception for information on registering. If you live within the practice boundary, You will also be asked to complete a medical questionnaire, and provide a current list of any repeat medication you are taking, along with photo proof of ID e.g. Passport, driving licence, and an address ID  e.g Telephone bill, utility bill.

You may book a appointment from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
